North Shore Village Center Coming to Daybreak

Daybreak today announced plans for the piece of vacant land located on the north shore of Oquirrh Lake in North Shore Village. They announced that it would be home to North Shore Village Center, which will be anchored by a 17,000 sq. ft. Harmon’s Market. In addition to the Harmon’s store the space will include space for restaurants, retail and residential units.

The Harmon’s Market will similar to the neighborhood market in Holladay, a slimmed down version of a regular Harmon’s store, which will stock approximately 85% of items found in the full-sized store.

The planned location is currently used for Thursday food truck nights, and there are plans to maintain a food truck experience in and around Daybreak.

Construction on the Harmon’s Market will not start until 2019, with opening anticipated sometime in 2020. Daybreak also said that residential units will be constructed at the same time as the Harmon’s store. It is currently unclear as to the type of residential units that will be constructed, it could be condos, townhomes or even apartments.
