Springhouse Village is Daybreak's second and newest over 55's community. It was opened in the summer of 2018 and is located on the west side of Bangerter Highway. All homes in the village are built by Oakwood Homes. The village includes its own dedicated 10,000 sq. ft. community center and swimming pool.
Highland Park Village
Highland Park Village opened on the 17th May 2017 and was the first village to be located on the west side of Mountain View Corridor. The village features The Loop, a network of parks and nature that meanders around the community, with biking highways allowing for easy and safe access.
Heights Park Village
This is the latest village, whose signature feature is a 20 foot raised viewing area called the Mound. The village has been designed to accommodate many different home styles to meet a broad range of requirements and life styles. It will comprise of several hundred homes and will be one of the last single family home villages.
Lake Village is situated on two plots of land located to the northeast and northwest of the lake. One part of the village is situation on a peninsular on the east part of the lake and the other on a rising bluff on the west side. Given these prime locations the homes featured in this village are some of the largest and most expensive found in the development.
The Creekside Village opened in 2013 and is located to the northwest of the lake. Homes range from urban style townhomes, to large spacious single family homes. The main feature in this village is Brookside Park. This is Daybreak’s second largest park and features a wealth of activities for the kids. The park includes a swimming pool, soccer field, basketball court, volleyball court, zip line, a large expansive playground and a creek for the kids to play and paddle in.
South Station Village
South Station Village contains a mixture of commercial (University of Utah South Jordan Health Center), apartments (The Crossing at Daybreak apartments, the only apartments currently located in Daybreak), and residential housing (townhomes). It is located just to the south of Daybreak’s southern TRAX station and to the southwest of the lake.
Garden Park Village
Garden park is an over 55’s community. Homes here are designed to be low maintenance, and single level living. When complete this village will feature over 500 homes, the largest of its kind in Utah. The community also features its own dedicated community center, providing a swimming pool, gym and more.
North Shore Village
You will never guess which North Shore Village is located. This village brought about a change in direction from Daybreak, with a move towards more high density / affordable homes. For those people who want to live green, North Shore was the first village to include solar powered homes. Amenities included in this village include garden plots, tennis courts, soccer fields and zip-line.
Daybreak’s second village is located to the east of the lake. The main feature of this village is the Oquirrh Mountain LDS Temple. Running all the way from the temple on the east of the development to the lake is Promenade Park. Another major park is Eastlake Commons, which also runs almost the full width of the village. Located on long this park you will find the Eastlake Swimming Pool, tennis courts and skateboard park. At the lake end of the park is a beach area, large children’s playground and basketball court. Eastlake is also home to Eastlake Elementary.
Founders Park Village
This was the first village to be built, and is located to the south of the lake. Like much of Daybreak it features a wide variety of homes ranging from condos to large single family homes. Facilities located in this village include a kid’s splash pool, community center with gym, resident’s garden plots, soccer fields, basketball courts and volleyball courts. There is a large park running through the center of the village called Sunflower Park. It is also home to the Daybreak Elementary School.
