Parkwood Homes is new to Daybreak and has offerings in Lake Village and The Island. The Lake House Collection is located in Lake Village and offers two different home models, 'The Southampton' and 'The Brookhaven'. These large high-end homes are offered on prime lots overlooking the Oquirrh Lake. They range in size from 4,578 sq. ft. to 6,756 sq. ft, with 3 to 10 bedrooms. Each model offers an option 3rd floor loft area for extra living space. Prices for these semi-custom homes start in the $800's.
