The Prairie View Collection of homes are located in Daybreak’s 55+ community called Springhouse Village. These are midsized single-family homes, sitting between the Harmony and Parkside Collections. They are built by Oakwood Homes, and feature 2 to 4 bedrooms, 2 car garages, open plan living, large kitchens equipped with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. Because these homes are in an over 55 community they have single floor living, but unlike the Harmony Collection they have a basement. There are 4 different designs to choose from (Willow, Elwood, Acacia, Laurel), each of which have flex room options, with the largest ‘The Laurel’ also have a loft area. Prices start in the $400’s.
