Heights Park Village

Heights Park Village is Daybreak’s latest phase of development, and will be the last one located on the east side of Mountain View Corridor. The village sits atop a hill to the west of the lake and features a 20 foot viewing area called The Mound.  The idea behind The Mound was to create a viewpoint from which people and can get up high and view the surrounding area from one of the highest viewing points in Daybreak.

The Mound Daybreak
Unlike most other villages, there are no plans for Heights Park to have its own model home village, instead you can visit the Brightdoor Home Gallery and other model homes dotted around the community. This is because the home designs featured in Heights Park are also available in either Creekside Village or Lake Village. There are many different home styles and sizes to choose from, catering for the many different needs of the modern home buyer.
