Opened in the summer of 2013 Creekside Village is located to the northwest of Oquirrh Lake and is named after one of its main features, a creek that runs from Brookside Park into the lake.
At 15 acres, Brookside Park is one of the largest parks in Daybreak, and features plenty of activities for the kids. Located in the park you will find a soccer field, zip line, large expansive play park, basketball court, and volleyball court. The kids can paddle and play in the creek which runs through the park eventually flowing into the lake. There are also plans to build a swimming pool which is due to open late in the summer of 2014.
There are a total of 5 different home builders in this village, providing a varied mix of styles and sizes.
