Rainey Home builds two types of homes on The Island's, the smaller Island Cottages and the larger Island Estates. The Island Estate line of homes are the largest homes to be built on the Island, with the largest exceeding 6,600 Sq. Ft. There are 3 different models to choose from The Reunion, The Veranda, and The Courtyard. These are 4 and 5 bedroom 2-story homes whose price starts in the $900’s. Because these are the largest homes on The Island, they occupy some of the largest and best lots along the north shore.
