Brightdoor Home Gallery Model Village

While must of the publicity is focused on Daybreak’s Lake Village, it is worth noting that Creekside Village is still been developed and is far from complete. In fact they have just opened a new model home village called the Brightdoor Home Galley.

Brightdoor Home Galley features 11 brand new homes from the likes of Ivory Homes, Destination Homes, Holmes Homes, David Weekley Homes and Garbett Homes. Homes start in the $200’s.

Creekside Village is home to a new swimming pool (opening soon), nature preserve, Brookside Park, and a future K-6 elementary school.

David Weekley Homes

David Weekley homes offer homes from two different collections. The Cottage Courts are smaller starter type homes with which feature smaller yards, 2 car garages and a basement. They start in the $200,000’s and have six different models all of which are 2 story; The Deer Valley, The Snowbird, The Solitude, The Snowbasin (Model Home), The Alta (Model Home) and The Eagle Pointe.

The Pedigree collection are larger homes featuring larger lots and up to 7 bedrooms. There are both rambler and 2 story type homes, starting in the $300,000’s.

Ivory Homes

Ivory HomesIvory Homes introduces the Paseos. These smaller starter style homes are located around a common park space, feature 2 or 3 bedrooms and start in the $200,000’s. There are 7 different rambler / 2 story models to choose from; The Maywood, The Wellington, The Alden (Model Home), The Claybourne, The Dearborn, The Hartford (Model Home), and The Stratford.

Garbett Homes

Garbett Homes continues with their popular Solaris Collection. The highly energy efficient homes feature solar power, 2 or 3 bedrooms, and a sleek contemporary modern design. There are 6 different model designs to choose from including the Cezanne (Model Home). Prices start in the $200,000’s.

Holmes Homes

Holmes Homes are offering both single family homes and townhomes (townhomes are coming in the fall). The single-family home collection features 12 different models to choose from (mix of rambler and 2 story), with up to 6 bedrooms. Prices start in the $300,000’s. Models include Pineview, Deer Creek (Model Home), Palisades (Model Home), Hartwell, Appleton, Huntington, Savannah, Fremont, Colorado, Hudson, Mystic, and Seneca.
The Creekside Mews townhomes are due in the fall of 2015 and will start in the low $200,000’s.

Destination Homes

Destination Homes provide their Premier Series home collection. The English Romantic Architecture comes in 4 different models; The Bentley, The Drexel, The Clearwater (Model Home), and The Wilmette (Model Home).
