The Island

Daybreak’s latest village is situated on its most exclusive location, on the island in the middle of Oquirrh Lake.

Life on the Island comes with its own exclusive set of amenities. These include a waterside pavilion, beaches, landscaped paseo with pedestrian path providing an east shore / west shore connection, lakeside fire pit with seating, hammocks, and a trail system around the perimeter of the island. In order to look after these amenities there is also a seasonal porter and attendant.

The Island Homes

Just like the rest of Daybreak there are a variety of homes on the Island, including large single-family homes, cottages and townhomes. Homes on the Island are built by Rainey (Island Estates and Island Cottages), Holmes Homes (Island Manor Homes) and Destination Homes (Island Townhomes).
