The Sky Terrace Collection of townhomes are located in South Station District, adjacent to the SoDa Row shopping center and just south of the Trax station.

There are four different modals to choose from The Cozumel, Grand Slam, Cancun, and Home Run. These homes feature 3 / 4 floor layouts, 2 garage spaces, and most modals come with an option to build a roof terrace or deck.
